This Ice cream is wonderful with a slice of Apple pie..........
1 C. Almond milk
1 C. Coconut water
3/4 C. Coconut meat
1/2 C. Dates, soaked
2 Tbs. Coconut Oil
Vanilla
-Blend all ingredients in blender
-Put in ice cream maker, or freeze in ice cube trays and run through Champion.
