This salad is very light, refreshing and full of flavor!
Ingredients:
1 bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
1apple cored
1 orange, peeled and seeded
1 C. walnuts
1 C. agave or other sweetener (we used honey)
Directions:
Chop walnuts. Use the S blade on the processor to chop cranberries, apple, and orange to a chunky salad.
